Matters arising from previous meeting:

Expo at Avanti Fitness Centre – Thanks to Chrissy and Sheena for assisting with friendly informative conversation with a steady flow of attendees to Expo.  The event was well attended by visitors and service providers.  A space and signage with other providers instead of Cuppa and Chat corner may attract more inquiries.

Suzanne Chumley is now managing the posting of regular activities on website.

Please note that Lizzy and Clare have keypad access to Bells on Main in the event Eve cannot attend.

Raffle tickets for Christmas Dinner $5 or 5 for $20

Eve to meet with editor for new community news letter to increase exposure and interest.  Reach out for CWS own building.

Approach decision makers again in the New Year for CWS building

Deductable gift recipient – tax deductable status – ATO approval – accountability necessary is time and labour intensive.  Meeting decided to apply when CWS is more financial and robust.

A letter of appreciation and best wishes will be sent to Jason Hunt for his support.
