Matters arising from previous meeting:
Christmas celebration dinner at Power Boat Club was well attended with positive feedback. Raffles held raised $380.

Presidents Report
Eve has sent a letter of appreciation and best wishes to Jason Hunt for his invaluable support during his time in office.
She also spoke of the encouraging meeting with the editor of Caloundra Chronicles. CWS will feature in the first edition in the New
Year.
Appointment of a Publicity Officer to be considered if we are to reach out to more communities. Aura and Melany papers suggested.

Tracey advised Bank balance $4079.13 with no new membership fee to be deposited.

Events and Activities Update
Trivia cancelled from 18 th December to 15 th January
New classes to begin mid January
Chit Chat will be held at Kings Beach Tavern from 10 th December to 21 st January
First monthly lunch for New Year 3 rd February 2025
Thank you to all those who donated goods and time to delivering much need and appreciated gifts to Friends with Dignity.
Chrissy Carney is organising a Square Dance beginners class with residents at Buderim Gardens complex. More details to come.

Other Business
The board meeting in January will be open to all members to call for expressions of interest for executive positions at AGM to be held in
June.
CWS to donate a clock (surplus craft stock) to Bells on Main.
Three more stands with signage will be made.
Volunteers are required to roster to attended Chit Chat 1/month with signs to ensure visitors can locate the group.
Flyers to be printed to distribute with classes at Bunnings, Avanti, local hairdressers etc.
