54 members paid up members, 50% new members, 50% with a spouse. Walking, movies and chat groups popular. Average age is over 55. Facebook seems to be preferred communication

6 attended Chit Chat at Happy Valley this week. Chit Chat to remain at Happy Valley
Christmas in the hangar has been shelved. Heather Sottile from activities committee to explore options for Christmas dinner
Pebble art, bowling, donating craft to Domestic violence charity and drive for Little Pantry suggested for future activities

As Christmas in the hangar event has been shelved set up for trybooking and Paypal is not needed at this stage
Several unsuccessful attempts have been made to contact Elliott re: land at Pelican Waters bowls club park
Food for Christmas in the hangar – not needed now
Eve moved that Marianne Newberry, Rhonda Obst and Heather Sottile from the Activities committee be included in the executive committee. Seconded by Chrissy Carney
Items without notice
Bre raised security concerns regarding members details on the web-site. Meeting agreed that just name and phone number would be included
Help requested for garage sale 27 th and 28 th July
Bre donated an EFTPOS gift card from SHOP CALOUNDRA which will be redeemed from Candy Tree and items used in raffles or donated to domestic violence.
Bre moved motion that Glynis Saunders and Patty Wilson to be removed as signatories for 2024/25 year and to be replaced by Bre Parfitt and Tracy Varcoe
