Presidents Report Encouraging to see some new members Andrew Wallace Federal member for Fisher and Terry Landsberg local councillor have been approached for help in securing land for our own shed. Eve suggested members contact governments for assistance.

Other Business 1. Eve moved to increased class fees to $5M $10NM. Bre seconded the motion and it was passed by the meeting. 2. Orientation to Womens Shed website and Facebook page to be held 1st Saturday of the month at 10.00am at Bells on Main. 3. Raphael is happy to instruct classes in Macrame’, knitting, stained glass. 4. Assistance pending from government members to begin the process to acquire land and grants for our own shed. Suggested we put together a pitch to present to council to include our mission, goals and proposed vision for premises. Front page article about President and CWS to raise awareness and confidence in our future plans. 5. Bre advised that she will stand down from the position of Membership and Governance officer. However, she will remain in a consultancy capacity and contribute when her schedule allows. The meeting thanked her for her invaluable knowledge and contributions. A succession plan was discussed for President, Vice President, Junior President. Members to be contacted to encourage contribution to grow their skills and abilities. 6. Wine and fellowship after classes may entice more interest. Partners are very welcome to attend events when in a public place such as Trivia and music nights. Flyers are available to deliver to your gym, doctor, hairdresser etc. Please contact Eve is you can deliver some. Speakers invited to Chit Chat Tuesday. A Lifestyle Pharmacist is the next guest. Suzy to invite UpliftU and Changing Seasons Consultancy for future gatherings.
