PROPOSE AN ACTIVITY SUB-COMMITTEE
Existing member – Rhonda Obst
Possible candidates would be:-
Maryanne, Sheena, Elizabeth C, Lizzie, Raphael, Suzanne Chumbley (data input for calendar)
Intra-group communication – Whatsapp
Asst. President to be appointed as support member and succession plan.
CRAFT CLASSES
Maryanne – use of some tools, drills, minor grouting, repair jobs, mosaics and pebble painting.
Rhonda – pebble and shell craft on board or canvas, terrarium, glass painting, wind chimes?
Raphael – macrame, pebble painting
Evelyn – paint by numbers, painting on canvas
WORKING BEE – craft kits to be made from donated supplies and equipment and sold at classes to encourage new members to attend.
NEW MEMBER MENTOR – to help navigate the website and calendar, importance of booking and cancellation for events and classes.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE INCREASE? – $40/$45 to cover increasing costs and accumulate a grants submission fund.
