Events and Activities Update Over 50’s Expo – see item 5 Suggested care packs for victims of DV to be given to DV organisations to distribute. Request donations from activities and events attendees.
Consideration required to hold a fundraising event at the Air Museum early next year with entertainment by ‘The Claptomaniacs’.

Other Business Eve moved to appoint Suzanne Chumbley to Activities and Events committee to be mentored to manage social pages. Chrissy seconded. Possible spam occurrence from facebook page and website to be investigated. The donated Shop Caloundra eftpos gift card will be used to purchase cinema vouchers and raffled at the Christmas lunch.
